their lunch was around 02:00pm

it was split to 2shifts due to the no space..

Mr Monir,Hasib, Asik, Sanchay, Musfiq, Anita, Pious were together w/ me

they were using hand even there was a little bit wet coz of curry sauce..

The point was " Their Dishes were VERY CLEAN"...*2 thumbs up*

it was my last breakfast in BD for this trip...

It was too pity..these foods were beter than Topkapi (our lunch)

The Halal Beef was tender, soft, rich, juicy..

those foods were preapared around 1hour..

I found big freezer at their house..to put beef after Eid~~~

Lisa (Sanchay's wife) gave me all desserts, chili sauce, preserved fruits  ~~

Lunch in "TOPKAPI" BUFFET-Dhaka-26 Nov 10

The dishes were not many..but meats there..

the beef was so hard..even using knife...useless..

the curry sauces, salad & fish, etc were not bad...

But it looked similiar....

the dessert was only pudding..nothing else...OMG~~

tat's why...order is better i/o buffet...

anyway..tks to Sanchay..let me try buffet in BD...

Tofu is uncommon here..they don't know what is TOFU...

Roti is fresh everyday...

Rasne will make the dough by hand and then fry it..
She always prepares DUTCHA "Bengali's Milk Tea" too
really rich...love it...

It is a chain store from Switzeland..

Fresh...not same w/ BFC or KFC..

The skin was dark brown i/o light brown as BFC...

They also offer garlic sauce and tomato ketchup (no chili ketchup)

They will start to fry it after you order it..

Fresh & Hot from the pan..

it shall be called "slow food" i/o fast food...

coz you have to wait around 15-20mins or more.. hohh

Rupa (Hasib’s wife) stopped our riskha for eating "Fuskha"..

Because She knew that I loves fuskha..

This place is quite famous coz so many peoples were eating at the road

(near New Market)

Really nice…crispy, rich...love the sauce…

they also prepare red onion and mixed green chili + coriander leaf (optional)

She was very kind...also treated the riskha driver coz waiting for us too..

They used "naan" or similiar i/o bread...then roll it...

not rich enough....

They also sell burger, fried chicken, etc

Looks yummy....but dunno about the flavour...

Not correct but better....hehehe..

Shemay: using thin noodles , stir fried w/ milk, sugar,etc..

Smells good & sweet...

Joni san said..."cold" noodles was better than hot...

so we have to put it at refigerator after cooking....

maybe I can try it next time..

There is a guard who will open the door for us...nice service

Today was still holiday due to Eid...therefore not many people inside 

We ordered Combo 5-Chicken Burger...

Burger was not nice...already cold...not crispy at all...

BFC is better...

Lucky..the french fries were not bad...

The best for KFC is chili sauce  ..put at small cup..

just do it by ourself...really nice...

same as in Indonesia...

Spicy sweet..yummy yummy....

Rasme made Naan, Stir Fried Macaroni for dinner….

*Naan : not same as I ate before in Taiwan or China ..

not crispy enough..she shall spread w/ butter.

*Macaroni: She is making improvement for cooking…

not too salty anymore..

But become lighter day after day….

*other dishes: it left from our lunch menu.

I’ll try to make naan before leaving BD~~~~

As usually.."Joni san" ate very less.....

dunno..coz of Rasme's cooking is not good enough..

or Is he a picky eaters? who knows...

I  bought yst coz afraid Rasme is absent again today.

but lucky..she is here now..

This cake is good...smells good..quite soft for pound cake..

Dunno why "J san" said...."very terrible"

 I just wanna to say to him....

It was too rich for my breakfast...

 It was 5th time visiting this store…'Love their sweets~~

I thought they were closed due to Eid holiday..

But most workers were absent today..

Some sweets were sold out too…

but lucky…I can buy my favorites sweets… (only left 3…and I bought all)…hoho

coz I might not visit again at the near future….

but who knows.rite...

I never thought..I can find this food here..

It was called "arum manis or arbanat" in Indonesia..

dunno what it is called here..

but in Indo's is more sweet..

He ordered really Chinese food not bengali’s flavor coz no Bengali w/ us.

The dishes were delivered too slowly…..

dunno what they were doing coz Steamed fish & shrimp weren't warm enough too..

They didn’t talk much with each other..

it was so lucky there is TV inside...

while watching TV and sometime discussing about TV’s show 

It was reporting about “Momo” Fruit was sold RMB1000/pc—

OMG..who will buy it? But Mainland Chinese can afford it….but not me..

*psstttt.I wish..I can change the channel to others….coz so boring…~~



The dishes were quite light compare w/ Bengali’s flavours…

Fried Shrimp: Very Q ~~

Steamed Dumpling & Stir Fried Veggie: so so ..not very good..

Stir Fried Dumpling: No juice at all

Fried Chicken: crispy but quite tasteless

Ox Tail Soup: very soft and rich enough

Steamed Fish: already cold and tasteless

Steamed Shrimp: already cold and not rich as it was shown
Fruit: Apple, Orange and Papaya: very sweet....love it...

I still prefer bengali’s flavours ~~~

I visited again Ekushey on 12 & 14 Nov..n bought some new flavours too..

Finally I tried all the sweets....actually most are some flavours..milky..

Fruit cake was really nice..soft and smells good..

the biscuits were not good as sweets...not rich & sweet enough..tasteless for me..

We chose outdoor coz the weather was so nice yst..

The brightest restaurant , comfortable...

Opening BBQ area and looks very organized , clean..

It was very pity coz we didn't know how to order..

The waiter can't speak English very well too..hahah

After long discussion, we ordered 5dishes.

green salad: onion, cucumber etc..w/o any sauce...really green...

turkey salad: combination some veggies & a little bit tasteless..

BBQ Beef: actually we were not sure it was beef..haha..soft and rich..

Masala Mutton: the texture was very soft, tender..not smell at all...love it..

Naan:  required for each meals..

Johnny told me..yes..same owner...hohh

We ordered 4dishes:

Stir Fried Noodles: really rich but a little bit overcooked..made the noodles were too soft..

Prawn: very light..

Mutton: smells good, rich, soft texture ..we don't need to  

Naan:  a little bit spicy even w/ cheese filling.. 

Again..we booked the restaurant free....heheh

You can find most of stores or sweet store are selling this kind of cookies..

But it is not rich enough compare w/ the sweets and cakes..

This wafer was quite sweet 

but food essense was too strong.... not good..

this cream bread was not good...

Mr. Cookies....cripsy. rich enough..

even it was overbaked at the side..but still nice...

BFC –MY BRUNCH-TEA TIME-10-13 Nov 10

漢堡粉大喔 連炸雞都跑出來 可惜麵包不夠軟..

放快兩個小時 炸雞還是脆脆 汁還是可以流出來

沒錯 因為客人一直催價格 連早餐、午餐都當下午茶了….

太好吃 了所以這4天都吃一樣喔 ….

第3,4天有多點薯條+炸雞 用辣椒醬吃 微辣甜甜真ㄉ很好吃

我覺得炸雞漢堡比牛肉好吃喔

It was really big..really nice as it looks..

But it was quite pity that the bread’s taste was not so good as the fried chicken..

Still crispy & juicy even after 2hours …

Yeah..I missed my breakfast, lunch time…& eating on tea time…

I love this burgers therefore we ordered same for 4days due to meeting time very rush..

I added fried chicken and fried fries at 3rd and 4th day..

Their chili sauce was really nice…sweet spicy.. yummy yummy..

進餐廳來都沒客人喔 只有我們五個人

整場都被我們包喔

點了炒飯、鐵板牛肉、泰式酸辣湯、炒番茄雞肉、炸雞

味道跟每家餐廳都差不多 偏甜、重口味..

他們有準備蜂蜜醬&醬油好好吃喔 跟飯、炸雞吃 很下飯

服務生也可以幫我們拿菜喔

我們的餐桌是長四方形 所以有些菜夾不到

這種情形可以請服務生拿喔    很棒ㄅ

老孟 吃飯之後 大部分馬上走 都不會閒聊….

When entering the restaurant..OMG…nobody was inside..

We booked a whole restaurant for free…

We ordered Beef Steak, Stir Fried Sweet Sour Chicken, Fried chicken, Fried rice, Tom Yam Soup.

Same as Sea Shell, their flavor were rich, sweet and a little bit spicy

Their honey & soy bean sauce were really nice..just combine with rice or fried rice…yummy..

I just realized that waiters can help us to pass the dishes that we can’t reach by our hands ..

They always just go away after finishing the meals..no chatting or something..heheh..

門口有兩條獅子ㄉ雕像 可是ㄋ 餐廳的裝潢是有歐洲、印獨等ㄉ感覺

有點暗 有點浪漫氣氛…ㄏㄏ

中國菜、泰菜、印度菜通通都有喔 很奇怪ㄅ

看起來是中國菜&泰菜 就是用”當地的口味炒ㄉ喔” 口味重 &偏甜

這幾天吃都沒有偏鹹 因為Rasme(Johnny’s女佣)之前每次煮菜偏鹹  可是已經改善ㄌ 

Mr. Monir 點3道菜: 牛肉咖哩、海鮮炒飯、炒雞肉、印度餅囊奶油口味

牛肉很Q、很有嚼筋 ..炒飯&雞肉都很入味….…通通都很下飯

印度囊餅: 剛烤出來 單獨吃也好吃 有點鹹鹹ㄉ、跟咖哩醬吃口味比較重一點

像這種餐廳 服務生會幫你端菜喔 很棒ㄅ ㄏㄏ

雖然很晚:10:00pm 客人還是陸陸續續進來喔

Quite strange right…..but it is Bangladesh…

Rich and Sweet..not Salty as Rasme cooked..but  already improved now..

Mr. Monir ordered 3dishes: Beef Curry, Sea Food Fried Rice, Stir Fried Chicken, India Naan..

Seasoning Curry Beef  was quite chewy & rich...

Chicken, Fried Rice were rich flavor & made you eat more and more..

Naan: Yummy even w/o curry sauce..

The waiters will serve you and put all the dishes at your plate..really nice…

We ate around 10:00pm but seem the business was just starting…

Coz so many people were coming after us…..nice dinner..
