為了打發內餡讓我浪費很多鮮奶油~~

買應該比較便宜ㄅ?ㄏㄏ

可是可以當很好的經驗 ㄌ

看照片都知道...暴醬ㄌ.....

I wasted so many whipped cream for the filling..

it might be cheaper bought than DIY? hahahha

but it become my good experience~~~

You see....

 The filling is too full and made it pop out...ㄏㄏ

love it~~~

 用黑糖...很香喔..

內餡用奶油 (北海道蛋糕剩下ㄉ)

自己做好處 就是 內餡可以自由發揮 ㄏㄏ

When baking.....The smell is so good due to brown sugar~~~

Filling used same as Hokkaido + chocho chips..

it feels good when we can put anything for filling...hohoho

住"永和"很多年了  還第一次吃這家

(頂溪捷運1號出口ㄉ後面)-台菜~~

乾麵: 有點太淡 可是加了乾辣蘿蔔之後 還不錯喔

米糕也不錯 不會很膩~~~

Living in Yonghe many years~~finally...tried it ..

not bad..but a little bit too light for me...

anyway..it was solved..just added "Dried Spicy Radish"...hohoho..

Glutinous rice was not bad at all too...

有點烤過頭 皮有點硬 

吃的時候還聞到酒香 甜甜ㄉ

下次可以做一些變化~~

A little bit overbaked.. 

I can smell beer's aroma when eating it..

暴醬肉圓-Bawan-26 Sept 10

真的暴醬 因為內餡太多ㄏㄏ

丟掉可惜 所以都包太滿了~~~

裡面有加 mozzarella起士更好吃~~

The filling was too much..therefore pop out..hehe..

I added mozzarella ~~~yummy..

Ate too much yst..

大阪燒/文字燒-Okonomiyaki-26 Sept 10

"大阪燒"這名子只有在台灣才有喔

在日本叫 "好吃燒/Okonomiyaki"

我做很大喔.... 吃得過癮~~~

我用五花肉 + 叉燒醬 甜甜ㄉ 還不錯喔

下次做其他口味喔

 Okonomiyaki in Taiwan is called Osaka Pancake~~

I made quite big....

 pork + cha xiu sauce...quite sweet...

I'll try others next time..

焗烤管子麵-Gratin Macaroni-27 Sept 10

這次的焗烤..有進步

不會太乾..可是有點太鹹

是因為起士ㄇ???  再加油~~~

my 2nd gratin...better...

not too dry...but a little bit  too salty...

maybe..too many cheese~~

終於出爐了~~~

有些失敗....爆醬了~~~~

餅的層子不夠多...下次要努力~~~

Finally...done...

but some was fail..the filling popped out~~

這餅乾還滿有創意...

巧克力醬要自己弄..

可是對我來說 有點麻煩ㄌ

You can eat it on 2ways...

plain or w/ chocho spread.

quite nice, creative...but inconvenience...

每道菜 大約 NTD95-110

不會很貴 肉還滿多喔

波羅麵包有點小貴喔--NTD45~~

口味沒有很重~~~

 裝潢比較復古一點..用亮黃色~~

下次還會再來吃ㄌ

Not bad at all...not too rich...

it is very suitable for taiwanese flavour...

not expensive around NTD95-110..coz the meats were quite many..

 the restaurant is small and using yellow bright. 

quite vintage...love it...

我們排了半個小時喔..

限量: 每個人只能買兩盒-NTD100/盒

老闆很酷喔~~~揉了之後 坐下來休息~~

天丫~~~我才記得 我的還在放在冰箱內 還沒吃完~~~

queuing up almost half hour...

each person is only allowed 2box-NTD100/box 

the boss is so cool..affer made the candies..

he was back to his seat...take a break..hohoho

just remember..I have some in my refigerator now...

超市也有賣 ...比較便宜喔~~~

You can find this snack every where also at supermarket too...

以為又失敗~~雖然外觀有一點點...

味道還不錯喔
