韓式豬肉石鍋拌飯-Korean Pork Stone Bowl-1 Aug 10

為了吃道菜 下很多的工夫喔
小菜都要醃....醃越久越入味ㄌ
醃一天了..顏色還是不夠紅ㄋ?...
對初學者味道方面還可以ㄌ
底下的飯有烤焦了 下次要放油多一點ㄏㄏ
下次再努力ㄌ
I had to prepare it one day before..
coz the side dishs had to preserve first..
Preserving around 1 day..but the colors were still light..
The flavours are quite acceptable for beginner..hahhaha..
I overcooked n made the rice became "black"~~~
I'll try it again next time...
