金門零食-Jinmen Snacks

去金門當然要買貢糖
因為是名產所以到處都看得到....
民宿的老闆都有準備"天王"貢糖給我們吃
跟其他家比較 "天王" 便宜又好吃
所以我很推薦 "天王"喔
老闆娘人也很好 買之後還給我們小包吃
可是每家試吃都很大方 小包小包給你吃
這樣才可以知道口味

You have to buy "Peanut Sticky Candy" in JInmen..
Coz it is local snacks n you can find it everywhere..
The most important which brand is good, cheaper and yummy?
I recommeded "TIAN WANG" coz we tried it at our Guest House..
It is cheaper, yummy and big compare other brands...
The boss was very nice giving us some flavours to eat it...
But most of stores give us small package to try it...very openhanded..
It's a good idea too...coz we will buy more if like it...

好吃喔 辣椒醬 很特別 有單賣

金門的價格可以跟台北比

是因為很多台商在金門ㄇ??

Not bad

Chili sauce is very special...quite hot...

You can  buy it if you like it..

The noodles is around NTD90~

We thought it will be cheaper than Tpe..

but it is almost same as Tpe..

Is it coz of many businessman in there?

金門"王阿婆海蚵"-Jinmen-Grandmom Oyster Omelet/Thin Noodles

 地點：金門縣 山后 民俗文化村內

很Q, 酥~~

看到很多阿兵哥正在出去旅遊~~

Oyster Omelet was chewy,crispy...

We saw many soldiers who was on one day relaxing...

蚵很多喔~~~湯有點油~~

Oyster is a lot but the soup was quite oily~~~

金門"小莓'小吃店-Jinmen "Xiao Mei"

這家網路都沒有介紹~~

這家的乾麵真的很入味 很好吃喔   一定要吃~~

跟台灣島不太一樣 老闆娘已經幫我們拌好

顏色很深~~看都覺得好吃

果然真的好吃喔

肉羹麵也好吃~~~

Looking for dinner..n most of restaurants were fulled..

Found some restaurants and decided to eat at XIao Mei..

It was good that we chose this ...

coz "Dried Noodles" was very rich and yummy..

I never tried this taste in Taiwan~~~

金門'泉三肉粽"大王-Jinmen Bakcang

金門"滿煎糕"-17 April 10

來了2次  後來才買得到

口味 so so...

The taste was not bad~~~

But I still love Indonesian's version~~~more creamy~~

小金門"三層樓"-芋頭-17 April 10

 雖然很冷 我們還是點芋頭冰

冰冰甜甜~~~

金門很多餐廳就是這種傳統式-家庭式

Even it was cold outside, we still ordered Taro Ice~~

It was so sweet..~~ yummy...

You could find out Very Local Restaurant like this in Jinmen...

Sometime we are not sure : Is it a restaurant or  a house?

民宿都有提供"金門早餐" 每天 07:30am 

燒餅、油條、廣東粥、饅頭、蚵仔麵線

就是隔壁的阿姨幫忙煮

很好吃喔 

Traditional Local Guest House provides Local Breakfast:

Clay Oven Rolls, Fried Bread Stick, Steamed buns,

Oyster Thin Noodles, Cantonese Porridge

金門金城菜市場"阿嗲之家"

位置就是在金城的菜市場裡面

(這市場裡面都很多好吃的)

這家下午才開始營業 都很多人排隊

可是都隨便排隊

就是要直接跟老闆講 不然沒有人理你喔

就是在金門必吃喔

也有賣芝麻球、炸地瓜...

台灣島平常內餡用紅豆 可是這家用綠豆 跟印尼一樣

不錯吃...不會很甜

They also sell Sesame Ball, Fried Sweet Potato...

金門-大腸小腸, 酒蛋

就是其中金門景點的路邊攤

在台灣島很少吃 "大腸包小腸"

在金門吃很甜喔 好吃

Forgot where we bought this..but it is at one of scenic spots in Jinmen

This sausage was sweet, juicy~~~

酒蛋

可是  酒味沒有很濃

The beer was not strong enough~~~

(是因為靠近她們家ㄅ?)ㄏㄏ

我覺得這家最好吃喔

有甜&鹹口味

口味比較重

You can find out this food everywhere in Jinmen

I feel this store is the best I ever ate in Jinmen

You can choose Sweet or Salty (Meat)~~

金門-沙美-長合餅店

位置在沙美老街..

因為迷路看到這餅店~~

本來不想買 可是有一位先生說

"這家餅好好吃喔  買栳的時候要跟餅皮一起吃 會更好吃
餅皮就可以在隔壁阿媽買喔..."
買了"花生栳、白芝麻栳、一口酥、沙琪瑪" NTD50/包
加了餅皮 真的好好吃內~~

花生/白芝麻栳真的不黏牙 咬一口就軟 又酥
一口酥: 好好吃...又便宜 ..有點後悔每有買很多包 ~~>.<~~~

廣東粥:
跟台灣島不太一樣..水水的 裡面的料很多...肉丸、豬肝、蔥蛋、雲吞
口味清爽 感覺正在喝湯 因為看不到米ㄏㄏ

燒餅: 有甜跟鹹口味..

每一家的口味差不多..都好吃 皮酥酥的 

本來不是很喜歡吃鹹餅  可是金門的鹹餅真的很好吃

花生湯+油條
油條比較有嚼勁 跟花生湯一起吃 
真的想到我們小時候也是這樣吃ㄉ喔
