我媽很愛這餅乾…在台北可以買Stroopwafels 可是沒有 Stroopkoek.
我也超愛喔 甜甜ㄉ
My mom loves these cookies..
I can find “Stroopwafels” but not “Stroopkoek” in Taipei.

我覺得海綿蛋糕比戚風蛋糕還有難
每次覺得都沒有打發好…
又很可惜放冰箱太久 因此蛋糕變很硬
I feel making chiffon cake is easier than sponge cake..
My sponge cake always not bulk enough..
It was very pity..I put too long at refrigerator and made the cake was quite stiff…*sigh*

要出差ㄉ關係 所以快要過期的東西 儘快用完
剛好從印尼帶的“起士”11月分會過期 所以再做這蛋糕
起士真的很多喔 很有口感….綿綿軟軟
